2025 CFEED Summit

2025 CFEED Summit to Spotlight Data-Driven Student Success Across Institutions

The 2025 CFEED Summit is right around the corner—and with a newly released agenda and a strong lineup of speakers, this year’s event promises to be our most impactful gathering yet.

Taking place on September 17, 2025 at Valencia College West Campus, the summit brings together leaders from K–12 districts, higher education institutions, and education organizations to explore how cross-institutional data collaboration is transforming student outcomes across Central Florida and beyond.

This year’s theme, “Multi-Institutional Collaboration: Using Data to Accelerate Success,” focuses on practical insights and real-world strategies that help students navigate their educational journeys—from early momentum in middle and high school to transfer and degree completion.

What to Expect

Attendees will engage in sessions covering:

  • K–12 assessment slip-back trends and recovery strategies
  • The Helios Transfer Scholars dashboard and grant impact
  • AI applications in degree planning
  • Early indicators of postsecondary readiness
  • Real student data stories from across the region

The agenda also features opening remarks from Dr. Kathleen Plinske, President of Valencia College, and Dr. Mark Shanoff, Superintendent of the School District of Osceola County, as well as a midday “State of CFEED” update from CFEED Director Diana Pienaar .

In addition to engaging content, the summit includes time for networking, peer collaboration, and breakout conversations—plus breakfast and lunch for in-person attendees.

Registration Still Open

The event is free and open to all education professionals, with both in-person and virtual attendance options available.
